Okay, this is a fancy way of saying planning ahead

and spend more time thinking about the plan

so you can spend less time doing the plan.

Okay, I remember when I wrote this slide.

I was working on so many things at once

and here's what I want to share with you.

More time thinking about the plan.

My best ideas don't come when I'm just sitting,

saying, okay, let me create my course, right?

What usually happens is why I always have a journal

next to you, always have your phone

if you're going to type in your notes, right?

When you can find time to get in sort of like flow state

and flow state's really just when you get in that moment

where you're really, all the distractions go away.
