How you do it man? I'm do it man I'm doing good I'm doing good and yeah that is that is the way to kick a show off that's scary though you can do it that well my my question is is how long did it take you to perfect that?

It was immediate, man.

I guess me and all of them are kind of weird way.

So it's not something I'm proud of, but you know it's a talent I guess I that's

one thing to call it yeah for sure is so how's your week been man it's It's been one of those weeks man.

It's definitely been a, uh, I told you earlier, you know, this week is, it's been kind of complicated.

It's been a little bit of a blur, but I've got a lot of stuff done, but I'm just going to take some notes from today's episode, especially this is definitely came in handy
