If you have a pen in paper, get that pen in paper out. Let's talk about how to take your

dreams and put them into reality. So step number one, I'm going to give you the six step

process of how to change your life. Step number one is to fix your mind on exactly what

it is that you want. So what I mean by this is to become extremely, extremely clear on

what it is that you want in your life. So a lot of times people say for instance their

new year's resolution is to lose weight. Great. That's good. To lose weight or your

goals to lose weight. That's a great thing. But if you lose one pound, you've hit your

goal because your goal was just to lose weight. But I bet if you're trying to lose weight,

you're not trying to lose one pound, right? So when I say you got to get clear on your

goal, what I mean is you need to know exactly what it is. You need to say instead of saying

I want to lose weight. You say I want to lose 20 pounds. I want to be 185 pounds. I want
