we're talking about this because right now so many of the people in our group are feeling triggered and have been asking us what they can do when that comes up so that doesn't go into a full-blown anxiety attack.

Where do we begin?

The first thing really is to take a self-order to step back. The anxious mind when we get triggered will panic. It will fear itself. We fear anxiety. We fear anxiety is coming back and we start having thoughts like I can't cope or I thought

I was over this so to just step back take a deep breath and have a look at anything behind the trigger.
