You don't have to be afraid to heal.

Healing doesn't mean that you will never become who you want to become.

It's just kind of like, you know, breaking a foot or having a baby, you know, after I pushed

out three kids.

And as much as I want to push out a baby and then go to a concert, an hour later, well, every

doctor and every person would be like, girl, sit down, right?

Well, give your own self time to heal.
