make everyone feel welcome. So hi guys, my name is Kinsey. I am a 25 year old living in Dallas,

Texas. I'm the host of this podcast. I travel to record these. I get some questions

of people thinking that I live in LA still. I don't live there. I live in Dallas. I talk about

that like literally all the time on the podcast. But anyway, today's episode, we have Danielle and

Kaley on. They are the co-founders or the founders of clear stem skin care. We are talking adult acne

hormonal acne, how to heal acne, how to find your acne triggers. I don't know about you guys,

but I, I don't know, I was very lucky and then I didn't have a ton of acne growing up,

but then I became an adult, like a real adult, you know, and all of a sudden I have acne.

And you know, I'm thinking about it now. There's more stress, there's more alcohol,

and yeah, that would probably sum it up. So maybe, maybe it's a little bit self-induced. I don't

know, I've actually recently cleared it up since this episode, but I'm asking all of the skin care
