So we are going to be talking all about bones. You are an expert in bone health.

Now, this is not the sexiest of health topics. This is not one of the things that

people really wake up in the morning and get out of bed thinking, man, I really need to make

sure I have healthy bones. But it's one of those things that once you don't have healthy bones and you've got osteopenia or osteoporosis, all of

a sudden it becomes a big concern.

So why don't you tell people why they should be concerned with having healthy bones before

they get a diagnosis of having poor bone density.
