Like, we don't really know how to make an email and send it. We're not quite sure, like, what success metrics look like. And you always think this is about commerce. But, you know, and so, like, that sort of all sounds really obvious right now. But I think when email first came out, it was kind of unclear how brands were going to use it and what it was going to use to drive. And then when social media came out, you know, brands were like, oh, okay. So, you know, I have a website. I get that. Like I take a bunch of creative and I've been able to put on the website and we kind of figure out email, but like what do we do with a Facebook page? Like, how do we make a Twitter profile? Like, what kind of content has to go on it? And there were a number of kind of, you know, social marketing and cloud businesses that want to do existence to help brands kind of figure out how to make a Facebook page, how to respond to customer service queries, |
