So as you can tell, he's an investor in, you guessed it, laundromats.

So Jordan actually did something really cool where he went and tried to buy his first one,

and it was a complete disaster.

and he wanted to create an online community that would help teach people how to avoid the mistakes that he made so that they could be more profitable, more quickly.
