exercise. And then I kind of just stopped doing it. Well, I thought you had this really great

I mean, and the other thing is, like, how do you know when you're better at something?

So I don't know. How do you know you're better? You don't. Right. I mean, it still hurts when I bend it sort of a weird way. And then, you know, there's the whole doctor thing is like, hey, Doc, it hurts when I do this. I'll say, well, don't do that. So I don't bend my leg that way anymore.
