I just got off the phone with one of my all-time favorite students, Parker,

Parker Stiles. I recorded that call. I want to share it with you.

Yeah, and he's one of my my favorites because when I tell people that I was able to escape

the rat race in four years when I share that story and how I was able to do it without

a dime to my name and a terrible credit score when I got started,

I get met with a lot of skepticism. A lot of people have a tough time believing it and

you know it doesn't really bother me because I'm free, doesn't affect me one way or the

other and typically the skeptic that's sharing their doubts with me they aren't. And typically the skeptic that's sharing their doubts with me, they aren't.

So I shrug it off, I go on about my business, but I'm always secretly thinking, gosh, do I dare

tell them that if I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know right now, I could

do it twice as fast.

They'd probably completely lose it if I did.

So instead what I do is I show people how to do it twice as fast.

And when I showed Parker, he did it four times as fast.

I couldn't believe it. In just about 12 months, he was able to get the passive income

from his rental properties to exceed his and his wife's monthly expenses.

And now they flip properties for their fund money and they use that money also to continue building

their income portfolio.
