23. We are going to have a blast today. We've got a handful of guests coming in. Tomorrow,

we have the Attorney General of California coming in, the Attorney General of Utah coming in,

talking about all the fraud that's happening in real estate. So we'll talk about that tomorrow. Stay tuned for that. That's going to be a special treat. That's actually the reason why I did the elephant challenge so quickly this last go-round. But today, we're going to be talking about how to look at markets, how to call agents, what are those scripts, what should I be saying to agents? How do we all do

that together? And then we're also going to have some of the leaders of sub two come in and talk

about submitting offers today. Everybody want to submit their first offer today? Does everybody

want to work with an agent, get a conversation, even if it's a horrible offer. Don't you want to

at least check the box and say you've submitted an offer for the first time in your life? Well, that's what we're going to be doing today. I also have a special guest coming in at five o'clock. So what we'll do is two to three. We're going to talk about sales. From three to five, we're going to be working with the leaders. The leaders are going to be calling agents.

The leaders are going to be talking about some deals they're doing and show you guys how to

submit an offer. I've got Angie and Don Milanozo. I've got Andrew. I've got Don Walker. I could go on

and on and on. Eddie and Tyler, a whole bunch of other people as well. They're going to come in

about an hour. We're going to open up Privy, and we're going to talk about choosing houses and

building relationships with agents so that by the end of today, you can submit your first offer.

It doesn't mean you're going to get your offer accepted. In fact, most offers will not get accepted.

That's the point. The point is to do the

things that you've never done before and get the momentum and the traction and that kind of stuff.
