You didn't ask, but I'm going to tell you anyhow. I'm wearing shorts as I'm walking today.

It's not because it's still summer here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

It's because of a mindset.

We live here at the beach, we're in South Carolina.

And apparently, I didn't know this before I moved down here,

but apparently the goal is to wear shorts as long as you can.

And if you can do that year-round, even better.

In fact, one of the guys in my neighborhood

is about my age.

He said, yep, wear shorts all year.

That's the goal.

That's what we do.

And so last year, last winter,

I thought, okay, well, I'm a South Carolinian now.

That's what we do.

And I think I made it to maybe mid-December.

And then I was like, you kidding?

Not that it got cold, but it was colder, and I was just not comfortable with the shorts.

So I'm going to see how far I can make it this year.

I am not expecting, by the way, to go the entire winter wearing shorts.

In fact, in fact, I need to ask Cliff. He's the one who said, yeah, we wear shorts all year.
