1:11.5 | funnel. Leads that come in. What's a lead? Somebody who wants to sell their property. So leads come |
1:15.5 | in the top. Next, you have to underwrite those leads. You have to underwrite them. What does the |
1:19.6 | underwrite mean? It means to run the numbers, but it's more than just the numbers. You got to run the numbers. You got to look at the economy. You got to look at the market. You got to look at what's going on in the area. You got to look at what the interest rates are at. So that's why it's not just called analysis. It's called underwriting. You're going to look at the whole picture and say, how much can I pay for this deal to make it a deal? Like, how much can I pay for this property in order for me to want to buy it and be able to sell to investors or however you're going to raise the money to buy this deal. So L is for leads, U is for underwriting, C is for compete. You have to compete |
