Interest rates are high in the short-term rental market has definitely matured.

So what are you seeing right now as opportunities or challenges for a rookie investor?

So for a rookie investor, obviously the interest rates are a thing.

You know, they almost, I would say almost tripled over the course of six months and they did not come back down.

But the opportunity for a new investor or any investor is because of that, there are not many buyers

in the market at all. So if you are patient and persistent and make a lot of offers and,

you know, make those low offers. I think a lot of investors still have PTSD from 2021 and having

to offer 100,000 over on every single property, make those low offers, offer that

number that works for you. And with some patience and persistence, you will be able to find

great deals. But it's just there's not a lot of inventory on the market either because by
