over here because food cravings used to control me. They literally used to control me. And I would base my nutritional decisions

is going to help me live my best life. It was more on solving cravings. And I had a false sense of,

okay, I need to solve these cravings in order. Solving these cravings is going to help me reach my goals.

But it can come to a detriment if you're always trying to solve for cravings.
