actually means because we can be more productive. We can protect our mental health for sure. There's so many benefits of a digital

detox, but I also know that a lot of us work on social media. So you can't just quit your job,

right? So it's kind of a catch-22. So you don't have to go cold turkey when it comes to a digital detox.

Because again, like for many, our jobs and income greatly rely on social media and need our attention.
