But it's not the detox we all hear about juices or cleanses or any of that nonsense.

This How To Detox the Right Way is more of a mental detox because we have so much self-hate,

we have so much negative self-talk, we often don't believe we're able to succeed or to

accomplish our goals and Rick for his whole life and you'll hear about it in history

how he was never able to stick to a diet consistently, he was never able to stick to what he

wanted to do consistently enough to see his goals, to reach his goals.

And we break down exactly how that changed, what he did and how now he's on the other side

of it and no matter what happens, he's able to look at himself in a positive light even

on the rough days and continue and keep going even and especially when motivation is not

there.
