And a lot of times things are presented to you in a way that makes you feel as though

When you watch TV shows, don't they portray relationships in a way that makes you feel like,

hold on, like, is this how the shit is supposed to be? Because that's not how my shit is.

When you watch a 90-minute sports movie, don't they make it seem like the hard times only last like a small little sliver?

And, you know, don't they make it seem like those intense training sessions really got the rocky theme in the background?

And again, it's not their fault, right? It's entertainment.

But the problem is we have so much entertainment and we have so many people feeding us narratives that we oftentimes get detached from the reality.

And very few people do us the benefit of telling us the truth about what shit actually

looks like. So I don't know about you, but the few times where I hear people talk that shit, I actually
