But there are silos and bogus.

What is a silos where you hire somebody and they say

what's my job description and then you tell them your job is to be the

front desk guy you know you're gonna greet customers that come in,

you're gonna answer the phone, you're gonna greet customers when they come in and answer the

phone and then you're gonna clean every day and here's your checklist. On the checklist it's you know answer

the voicemails, respond to the emails, greet people when they come in, clean the bathroom.

And then the first time you ask them to do something else you say hey you know is it possible could you on your way home

Stop by lows and pick up a replacement part for the bathroom.
