Hey, Dave. I'm a very warrior getting my butt kicked as a second year business owner. Super thankful for your show. Thank you for what you do.

1:13.0

Thank you, brother. Sorry about that, but I understand where you are. How can I help?

2:53.0

You relate to that?

2:56.0

Yes. I'm afraid of hurting feelings if I bring it up.

2:59.0

In the South, it's like an art form to be passive aggressive.

3:05.0

We could bless your heart. I'm going to slit your throat.

3:10.0

In the name of being nice or being Christian or being sweet or whatever you want to call it, I would avoid early on.

3:26.0

The confrontation or the accountability. What I discovered was that over time, two things that were negative came out of that.

3:35.0

One was that the person had no idea that they were doing something wrong and so they kept doing it wrong.

3:44.0

Well done. The second thing that happened was I got increasingly frustrated with them for something that they didn't even know they were doing.
