Hello and welcome back to practicing human, the podcast where every day we're

0:04.4

getting a little better at life. I'm your host, Corey Muscarra, and in today's

0:09.2

episode we're going to talk about bringing more ease into your moment to moment

0:14.0

experience. More to come on that in a moment. First let's settle in together with

1:30.1

meditation because it is training me to bring a certain quality of awareness,

1:37.7

relaxation, attunement, compassion, and ease to my moment to moment

1:47.6

movement experience, if we could put it that way. Even though the movements I'm

1:53.6

doing throughout throughout the day aren't exclusively walking, there's something

1:58.4

different about bringing awareness to any form of movement rather than simply

2:05.5

bringing awareness to like being still in meditation, which is incredibly

2:09.4

important as well and can take your concentration and practice to a whole

2:14.4

another level. Stillness that is. But one of the things that always comes up for me when
