You are a creator, and you manifest what you observe. Therefore, focusing on negativity or how others have hurt you will only attract more of the same energy. The universe doesn't operate on fairness or equality; it's about freedom and expansion.

While it may be easier to blame external factors for our experiences, recognize that you have the power to choose your frequency. Identifying with past trauma or negative events can trap you in that energy. Depression can magnify this perspective, leading to a cycle of negative experiences.

It might be time for self-reflection if you find yourself isolated or struggling to connect with others who share your views. Challenge your position and acknowledge that while past events may have been terrible, you have the power to change your internal state. This liberation allows you to focus on your desired energy, no matter the external circumstances.

In the end, your internal state is all that matters. It transcends material possessions, job status, or external situations. When you cultivate inner peace, you become a beacon of positivity that can uplift others.

We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency

that we want in our lives. So pick a word, be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want. And we're going to take a deep breath in. And as we're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over. We're going to really charge yourself up with that energy. And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state.
