very special guest, Dr. or Professor Joseph Ladoo.

He wrote this book, Anxious,

and he's the Henry and Luzzi Moses Professor of Science

at NYU.

So he's a member of the Center of Neural Science

and Department of Psychology.

He directs the Emotional Brain Institute at NYU

and at the Nathan Client Institute

and a member of the National Academy of Science.

This guy knows his stuff.

And I always say, you know, I think it's Alexander the Great

that said there's only two types of people.

The first type of person, conqueror's fear.

And the second doesn't conqueror and suffers and dies.

So all of us in a world where there's

so much to think about, suffer from some level of anxiety.

And so we're going to talk about what you need to know here

straight from the professor who's studied the brain.
