And on this episode, episode 42 of the podcast, I'm talking about how to choose the right relationship that will last.

I guess I'm recording this because I know lots of us genuinely want to be in really great

healthy relationships and relationships that feel like

they're going to stand the test of time, I guess. Not necessarily, um, we're going to be together forever

and do that, the Disney, you know, the Disney plan. But, um, um most of us deep down love to love and so if there's any

pearls of wisdom that I can share with you today around how to choose firstly how to choose the right

relationship is is the first bit that I want to talk about and then how to choose

a relationship and make it last. So, firstly, I'm going to dive straight in. Some of you will

have heard about this concept before because I do speak about it a fair bit, especially with my coaching clients.

But it's the concept of having the four centres in our body and our being.

And so firstly, I'm going to go over the four centres and integrate, teach you how to

integrate this knowledge into your life and into choosing people who you love.

So the first centre in our body is our sex centre and our sex centre is at our genitals.

So in our pussy, our cock, penis, yonnie, whatever you want to call it,

that is where our sexual energy lies and that's the first centre.

The second centre is our tummy, which is like our intuition.
