of people and the one thing that I really find that holds people back the most is that

they identify themselves as their thoughts. They identify themselves with their thoughts.

Let me explain what I mean by that. A thought comes into your head and you think, oh my God that

thought is true, I am that thought. Now when you take yourself outside of the box of your life,

you don't actually go, I am that thought that I just had. You don't actually think that.

But if you think that in your head right now you think, oh that's kind of crazy for me to think

that I am an actual thought. And I'm here to tell you that you're not your thoughts. You are

the awareness behind your thoughts. If you've ever read the book The Power of Now he talks

about this, Eckertoli talks about, you are the awareness behind your thoughts. You are not your actual

thoughts. Let me give you an example. If you're not driving, I want you to go ahead and do this for me real quick.

If you're at the gym or if you're in the shower or if you're listening to me and you're not

driving your car, I want you to go through an exercise with me that I always take people

through in order to help them understand what I'm talking about. Ready? Here we go.

I want you to close your eyes and I want you to see a red circle. I see a red circle and I understand

you know, it might be a little bit vague for you might be a little bit blurry. But as I'm talking,

try to get a red circle as defined as you possibly can. You know, have a black background

if you can, just have a red circle. You know, it could be a red sphere. If you want it to be, it could be
