Hey everyone, I'm Clayton Morris, longtime real estate investor.

I've got a great guest on the show today who's got a lot of

experience. He's 32 years old and he's already done hundreds of real estate deals.

He's built a company called Faster Freedom, which is an education company, to help people fast track themselves to

financial freedom through real estate investing and given the current climate that we're all in right

now.

We need some way of building cash flow and passive income that's outside of this corrupt government banking system where you can just print more money or work for somebody else and be furloughed and laid off.

You bet. Thanks for joining us. So give us a little

background here. How did you get involved in real estate investing? You're pretty young.

I think you kind of started right around the same time that I did. So what you've already had a lot of success? You must have started what in your 20s?

Yeah I did so I kind of did the prototypical thing went to college actually getting them get my master's degree and got a job right out of college selling

Caterpillar Construction equipment. It was a great job. I was doing I was doing really well.

My dad worked for one company for 40, so kind of had that mindset.

But I always had this entrepreneurial itch

that I was always doing side projects and side things.
