The most important spiritual growth doesn't happen when you're meditating or on a yoga

mat.

It happens in the midst of conflict when you're frustrated or angry, scared, and you're

doing the same old thing, and then you suddenly realize that you have a choice to do it differently.

You have a choice to do it differently.

Just think of this new week as another round, a repeat round of the game of life.

You're going to find yourself in many of the same rooms, talking to, listening to, working

with many of the same people, aka characters.

You'll find yourself having many of the same thoughts and doubts and desires.

You'll be doing many of the same things, driving down the same streets, walking down the

same roads, ordering from the same coffee shop.

But this time around, you have the cheat code.

You have a little hack.

You got the key.

You have a choice to be conscious this time, to be conscious in those same rooms of love

as love, allowing that love to dissolve your belief in the appearance, in the scene,

in the game.

As my teacher, John Stevenson, told me, the appearances are there as temptations to give

power to something outside of the one presence, outside of love.
