four big picture principles that personally I look for when I review deals right now. And I see

them as sort of like playing defense. They limit my risk. They ensure that I can

hold onto assets. And then I sort of look for long-term upside over the course of my hold period.

And that could be a short hold or a long hold. So these are the four. And James and Ashley just
