1:19.8	what you were doing. You had to know what you were looking for. You had to look for specific
1:22.6	types of properties and specific locations. And it made it harder for the average person who was just getting started to get into
1:28.6	the game or somebody who may have a few properties to be able to scale.
1:31.3	Well, we're back to where it is more palatable and easier to find these deals for the
