In 2010, first time home buyers made up 50% of all home buyers.

11 years later, first time home buyers made up only 34% of all home buyers.

And only one year after that, in 2022, that number dipped to just 26% of all home buyers.

So the data is clear.

It is not easy to be a first time home buyer right now, and it is only getting harder.
