You've done an 11 years experience of real estate. 14 states you have experience

Is that your main focus these days, the house flipping or are you building new

looking at doing? That's a great question. I mean so whenever I started in my business

it was to create notes and that was in 2010 and it came to a point where I thought well maybe I can do this

each G TV style rehabs and and you know Joanna Gaines and put Chip lap everywhere and all of that and what I realized was that for me it really was not conducive to what I value so I'm not a great manager

I'm not interested in construction I know what it's supposed to look like at the end but I personally can't do it and so what I found was that I ended up where I began which was creating notes and that's still our focus today
