All right, my guest today on the A game podcast replay number five comes from Alan Folio the show up investor Alan Folio is a guy that I met that we're following for a long time again his Instagram.

I joined his his his discord group and just been following along with him and staying in touch with them trying to get him into Jiu Jitsu. I kind of do that I pushed that on people.

I'll put again another guy with an amazing story about it some health stuff about it some mental stuff and didn't come from the best background and didn't use it as an excuse he.

In spite of all that came the roast of the occasion has done an amazing amount of real estate and it's just such a nice guy.

What a good dude really comes from a place of helping always answers back my text picks up the phone when I call all the people on his team every time I deal with them.

They're always quick to pass on messages and and just help people so I appreciate a guy like that who's really just trying to get a message out and get great content out and doesn't have much of an agenda about it.

It's just trying to tell his story and show the possibilities of stuff that he's doing and really that's that's what we need we need a lot more of that.

Just missed him. He popped in Chicago. I was here and just got a little bit a little bit bad planning on my part a little bit.

I should I should have made a little bit should shift things around a little bit.

So my apologies for not meeting up with Alan, but we are definitely going to meet up for some food and hang out in the near future.

I believe we come back here in a few months. If not, I will definitely be seeing you either at Mark Evans events or some of the ones that are coming up.

But what a great guy, what an amazing investor, what an inspiring story, just a good dude again, somebody that I consider a friend.
