1:12.0	Gotta spend quality time with my family.
1:14.0	You know, for me, like diet and training, if I take care of my food that I put in my body

1:25.4	A non-negotiable for me is having a plan for that day.

1:30.9	I mean, even if it's a weekend.
1:32.9	You would just do nothing and chill, that's the plan.
