And I really, really stand behind behind this and this is a concept that I've been really

focused on at the moment because I'm reading atomic habits by James Clear because one habit I'm implementing this year is reading more and it has already taught me so much and also it's given me a lot of clarity about my weight loss journey in 2017 and why it actually worked.

I think sometimes I'm even like,

And when I look back, it really was due to my habits.

And I feel like a lot of us have really big goals for the New Year,
