Sure. Well, so CBRE, you know, we're the, the largest multifamily lender in the market.

And we have been Freddie Mac's largest seller servicer for the last, I want to say 13, 14 years running.

Last year, I think we closed over 14 billion with Freddie Mac alone. So not only are we the largest seller servicer as a whole, but we're also the largest

seller servicer in the different loan categories, such as student housing or assisted

We are also Freddie Mac's largest small balance lender, the SBL program.
