That entire time working at J-O-B is what I call it. Just Overbrook is what you're living. So I'm doing that exact same thing. But in 2006, I bought my first rental property. I was living in California. I bought this one in Ohio and it started making me money in cash flow. And I knew I needed to be an investor. Like I knew this is the way to go. |
| 2:51.4 | But Rod, life started getting in the way. And my wife and I started in kids. We have one, |
