How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast, where we work together to

we're going to talk about how you can find your calling to elevate yourself and be in your highest most positive frequency.

But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to take a healing, deep breath.

This is going to be a quick meditation moment with everybody together, and we're going to pick

a vibrational frequency that we want to be a part of our existence.

So what we'll do is we'll pick a word, I'm going to pick

the word abundance. And you're going to say that word over and over and over, really charge that

energy within ourselves. And as we're holding our breath, we're going to visualize ourselves

doing something in that frequency. And then once we exhale, anything that no longer resonates

at that frequency will leave us

and will be in a more positive state. So go ahead and take a deep breath in.

And out.
