Thank you for having us. Yeah, thank you. Super excited to be here.

0:17.0

Well, anyway, look, I want to know more behind the scenes what's going on. You guys are icons to I've three daughters 2321 and 18 and I utilize you as an example of how not only you can influence people, but also impact change.

0:37.0

I believe there's an impactful way to be an influencer and then an entertaining way to be an influencer and both of you are truly empowering others to empower others.

0:48.0

What are some of the things that you're doing that go beyond entertainment, looking at you as business women in the future that you're creating not only for yourselves, but impacting others for their future as well.

1:02.0

I think what's really interesting about what we do is we're on the journey with our entire community. So when we started this business, we were very we had our own businesses before that we were solo entrepreneurs, we were very lonely and so we created a community that didn't exist for women.

1:17.0

And as we've grown in our careers and our businesses growing in our network has opened up, we're constantly opening that up to our community and making sure we feel like we've got a place to continue coming and continue being supported.

1:30.0

But also help other women bring a seat to the table. So if we meet someone amazing while like how can we get this person in to speak to our community.

1:38.0

And that's something I think we do very uniquely and we've both gone through some big life changes in the past couple of years.

1:44.0

You know me having a baby Danielle haven't get it going through to boss and we've both been very open about the things that we're going through because in our opinion, if you keep it all behind the scenes, how can you really make your community feel safe and seen in the place that they want to be the most honest.

2:02.0

And to that end Danielle, I mean, obviously celebrating a baby and the changes in transition that occurs, I have four of my babies now they're a little bit older.

2:11.0

Oh, I'm the baby not done. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm saying that's what I'm trying to get through yet. I know that not only had the baby, which is a lot easier to talk about, especially at a young age, then having a divorce, right, we want to celebrate having the kids and I don't hear many young people.

2:30.0

I was engaged when I was in law school and broke it off and it took me years to even tell people that I had failed at that and you know 54 married to my wife for 25 years.

2:39.0

It was like the best thing I ever did was separate myself before I got married, but I couldn't imagine illuminating with millions of people the way that you have to something negative that happened and has, you know, a stigma to it of failure, not as bad as my bankruptcy, but a lot of general people.

2:56.0

You know, was was that a conflict or a conversation that you and Natalie had to, you know, feel comfortable illuminating that to your community.

3:05.0

I think like one night I shared our community was always built on the behind the scenes as well, like we always we never wanted to be the highlight wheel and we were always really purposeful with what we shared.

3:19.0

We had several walls, which was like the holistic approach to business, I always say I was a cryopryte zone, you can only be as successful as your physically and mentally, mentally capable of being and then the other wall we had, which was like no fluff and no BS like we always gave the truth.

3:36.0

So it was a really easy decision to be like look I'm going to talk about this and it was actually really he that healing because you're right there is a stigma to it and what I noticed was no one was talking about it my age, I could go to 40 and 50 year olds to hear their experiences of divorce, but as a early like I was like 31 no one was actually talking about it in this sector.

3:58.0

So just like how we built boss, it was just on this truth and transparency and just like look being honest, but there is amazing and it has its ups and it has its downs.

4:07.0

This is also going on my life, there was highs in my relationship and there were loads of my relationship and I think that's what makes us really different and stand out is because we're willing to have the difficult conversations and we're willing to be open about the transitions and just like I did with my divorce.

4:22.0

Natalie, you've been really open about the transitions of having a baby too and it's not easy and you know, so it's important for us to talk about.

4:31.0

Yeah, without the stick, the negative thing, but it absolutely is extremely difficult.
