But now I'm glad to be back man. Fresh and my I appreciate job bringing me on here again. A lot's happened the past. I think I was on July. Yes. Last time. Still a host selling still you know teaching people out of wholesale. But right now what I started in 2022 was a lot of people were trying to ask me. How do you actually launch a course? Like how do you launch a successful course? How do you launch a mentorship business? And so I said, you know what? I don't want to necessarily create a course on how to create a course.

But I want to create an agency where we can actually build out their courses and their funnels and really show them also as well. How to successfully map out and actually build something that can actually make six us have figures. Okay. So basically like a support system like for example, they have an idea that could come to you. Right. You can build out for them. Yeah. That's pretty dope. I like that. And instead of releasing a course on how to make a course. They create a course section right there. Of course, you know, Zin. You guys have seen that movie inception. Any chance Chris or we get right.

We can just get right into it. Yeah. We go for now. Okay. All right. So so can you tell us a little bit about who you are? Because we know who you are. Some of the people might not recognize you. It's been a while since you've been on it. You just tell them about who you are. What you do. And yeah. Absolutely. So entrepreneur been in 13 years in the game. Starting in real estate. Hold selling back in 2009. Flip of properties. Bank going for closures. Transition into later on. People were asking me how I was so successful. So I said, all right. Well,

let me go ahead and start teaching. So I start teaching people how to successfully flip houses as well through a whole selling did amazing. We've had five, 50, 300 people come through our program. Tons of success stories. All on YouTube. You can check it out. And it's been a great, you know, it's been a great run. And I just, for me, I was, I'm not going to say I was getting bored, but I wanted to do something that was a little bit more creative. Right. And so people were asking me like Chris, man, we see that, you know, for instance,

last year, Neo, Matter-Fact, we went on a click funnel stage, click fun, this entrepreneur and they're us are bracing create this software out of create funnels, whatever. So we want to prize, right? Yeah, yeah, we saw it on Instagram. Yeah, we run two common clubs. So basically, when you hit a million dollars, we won't course. God damn. And you can't fake that man. Yeah, you can't fake that you got that. With the numbers and stats. Yep. And I say legit. Yep. So speaking with him, you know, I was like, man, people were asking me,

Chris, how do you create a course that can make that much money? Like I want to, you know, like learn how you were able to successfully launch something. I said, all right, again, I don't want to create a course that's teaching the course. Many of other people do that.

Now, when I decide in 2022 to start my agency and really focus on that. So that's something I'm focusing on is just really

taking out the guesswork, the hard work that most people come up. Because they all guys got a course. Yeah, right.

Yeah, the M's on the man teach you guys how to womanize on Instagram. Yeah. So speaking that. So when you're lost job course, did you all have any, like instructions or mentor that helped you all launch it or we did.

Yeah, we did. Fortunately, but you know, if we didn't, we would have really messed up, bro. Like, you know, we shot out to our guy Jeremy at Jeremy. So he helped us out before. But yeah, like if it's definitely difficult.

If you don't know what you're doing, like it really is, like if you don't know what you're doing, you drop a course. Yeah, like numbers are going to go down because you don't know the market probably. Yeah, you don't support the actual course.

And this is years ago now, this is almost. We were when we were dealing with him. So, but yeah.

And that's another thing too, it's like, you're all both, you know, you all have a brand, right? So you can pretty much come up with a course. Anything.

But there's a lot of people that want to come up with a course that has good information, but they don't have a brand yet. So it's like, here's how you also build a brand in a following.

And then here's how you bring something unique to the marketplace.

It's funny because in school, you know, you have an education system and I curculem, but with a course, you need the same thing.
