| 2:07.3 | We live in a culture as you guys know where everyone is just flooded with distractions. It is just so easy to turn around and be like, where did the last six hours of my day go? |
| 2:20.3 | We are very reactionary. We're always responding to emails as opposed to spending time where we're just proactively deciding what we're going to do with the day and what are the best things to prioritize about the day. |
| 2:33.3 | And of course, then there's lovely things like Instagram and Facebook which are lots of fun. Most of the time for me, it's my favorite distraction. |
| 2:41.3 | But it really winds up taking a lot of time away from the things I know I need to be working on. And so I think that it's really important to have this conversation about productivity and Carrie is a rock star. |
