So when you think about the habit, the habit is I want to spend money or I want to go have a good time.

So I'm going to open my banking app and I'm going to look at how much money I have.

Now, depending on that number that I read, you know, whether it's $200 or $500, that's how much of a good time I can have.

So I'm going to stay within that good time.

Then if you want to say I put myself on an allowance, I was like, all right, if I know that

this is what I do, I'm going to put all of my spending money in one account.

And whenever I'm ready to go out or to have fun or to spend money, that's the bank that

I'll use.

That's the credit card or that's the card that I'll use.

So I will put X amount of dollars in this bank account and I'm going to use it. And when I use it,

that's that money. And I know that my bills are paid. I know that my savings is done. This money

is strictly for whatever the fuck I want to do.
