Jasmine. Why does racial equity matter when you do a job search? These days, racial equity really

matters because a lot of companies, they are prioritizing racial equity when trying to build

their work cultures. It's showing that when companies are

prioritizing the equity needs of an organization, it leads to a more positive work culture.

It leads to more positive business dealings outside of the workplace. It's an essential piece

that's coming into play, and more and more companies are taking this into account when building

up their workforce. So you mentioned a moment ago, Jasmine, about the positive benefit

an employer's approach to racial equity can have on the culture of the workplace,

what are some of the other benefits that you see both to a job and a career when an employer focuses on racial equity?
