Uh, you've got 50,000. When you got started four years ago, did you start in your backyard?

Or were you trying to do it all over the place and kind of throwing things at the wall and then figuring out which markets you wanted to stay in?

And so how to go? I mean, were you finding opportunities off the bat? I mean, 50,000 people that means what?
