I'm Carly Waiselle and this past week my husband told me that I have a different voice

on my podcast.

He was like, you never talked to me in podcast voice.

I was like, well, I'm not usually yelling at listeners to turn the gas burner off on

the stove because he left it on and I could have died who knows.

I mean, the windows were open, it was probably fine.

But anyway, I didn't know I had a podcast voice.

I guess I'm just not talking like this in real life because I'm not like, yay!

I just have no reason to be excited when I'm hunched over my desk.

You know what I mean?

Anyway, I want to let you know from the top that the reason I am still able to have

a podcast voice, who knows, is that I am recording this on Monday morning.

So if my tone doesn't match or accurately reflect whatever is going on this week in America,

this is why.

And if you're listening to this after the fact, you have no idea what I'm talking about.
