Speaking of Trader Joe's, too, I forgot how good the hold the cones are. That is the go-to,

that is a go-to dessert for me because it's like not overly heavy. And I think it's one of the

things that I love most about Trader Joe's. Have you tried them or had them recently?

I don't actually know what that is, no.

So these is the mini, many, many ice cream cones. They're not a ton of calories,

they're, but they're very sweet. You know, my favorites are the vanilla ice cream in the chocolate

cones. And it's got like chocolate icing i that's what you got to do

and we're on our age you got to go for the like the quick hit desserts um you know so we don't

fully indulge we get a little bit of that sweet taste i love it i will get that the next time i'm a

trader joes yes so yeah let's get to, so we're talking about dessert.

We're about to get the main course in college football.

We are taping this Wednesday morning.

You and I are going to be going down to Atlanta this weekend.

Cannot wait for this game.

But there's a lot of stuff going on around the game,

and it's made for some interesting storylines.

We're going to get to a bunch of things related to this and even beyond the game.

But I think you had an interesting conversation point that somebody brought up to you recently.

Yeah, you know, it's the joke that Shane Gillis made to Nick Sabin that he did not take

well has become a talking point I've noticed.
