It's a calendar quirk. It depends how holiday is lined up. Sometimes it has been delayed over

the years as well when there have been technical issues with the IRS and other things going on.

Usually it's around the 15th, but this year people get an extra weekend to cram.

our taxes, why it needs changing? President Biden, along with Democrats, passed a major

piece of legislation just a couple of months ago to make some pretty meaningful changes to the IRS.

It's only now that we're starting to understand what those changes are going to look like
