So I've been lucky enough to spend some time with Greg Chalmers this week and we went to one of his gym sessions.

0:07.5

You had a, you can see all the results of this on my YouTube channel.

0:11.6

Greg, you had like a re-evaluation, I think.

0:14.3

You can't remember the name of the gym.

0:16.2

Do you want to name the gym?

1:28.6

kind of turned off and think, well, come on, I'm not a talk player. My gym session is lifting my

1:34.9

beer up to my mouth after a game, but it doesn't have to just mean that. Obviously, Greg,

1:40.1

what we're talking about, Greg is doing it at a very serious level and lots of measurements,
