To truly charge yourself up and experience life from a positive perspective, you must be willing to let go. Let go of negative energies, even if they seem justified. Whether someone has wronged you or life has thrown challenges your way, holding onto negative emotions and thoughts only weighs you down.

Imagine trying to lift yourself off the ground while clinging to heavy baggage. It's impossible! You must be prepared to let things go, even when they seem entirely justified. It takes practice, but it's a vital step toward a positive mindset.

Now, let's talk about charging yourself up. How do you do it? How do you shift your energy to experience the world in a positive light? It starts with your internal dialogue—those thoughts and words constantly flowing through your mind. They matter because they represent the frequency you're operating in.

When someone is in a negative state, getting them to say positive things is a difficult task. It feels foreign and wrong, like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. On the flip side, when you're in a high-vibe, positive state, talking about negativity feels equally uncomfortable and out of place.

So, if you want to charge yourself up, it all begins with your internal dialogue. Start by affirming positive beliefs. Repeatedly say to yourself, "I am love," "I am joy," "I am powerful," "I am happy," and any other positive statements that resonate with you. These words carry the frequency you desire, and if you can override your default programming with them, you'll begin to see the world through a different lens.

You see, the frequency you operate in either lifts you up or pulls you down. By infusing your thoughts with positive affirmations, you start filling your internal balloon with helium, causing it to rise. As your frequency changes, so does your perception of the world. This is how you create a new, more positive experience for yourself.

Imagine someone who consistently thinks and says, "I am great. I can do anything. Everything works out for me." These thoughts are on a loop, and no matter what challenges they face, these affirmations remain steadfast. How do you think that person feels inside? They feel fantastic, resilient, and full of hope.

Now, contrast that with someone constantly complaining and seeing the negative side of everything. Their internal dialogue is filled with thoughts like, "Everything is terrible. Life isn't fair." Regardless of their external circumstances, they're stuck in a low-frequency state.

Internal dialogue matters more than external circumstances. You can't always control what happens around you, but you can control your energy and your experience within it. Your thoughts, as you speak them, shape your reality.

There's value in keeping your goals private to some extent, but when you genuinely believe in something, when you live, think, and act in alignment with your desires, you set the stage for success. Affirmations like "I am a millionaire" and "I receive millions of dollars a year" become your reality.

The world is not as it is; it's as you are. You may not be able to control the world, but you can control your energy and your experience within it. You have the power to shape your reality by shifting your internal state.

into the frequency, the power of a positive mindset and charred ourselves up so we can have an amazing day and see

the world in a positive light so that we can receive it in that exact positive energy.

But before we get started, we're taking a few moments to slow down, zero in.

We're going to take some deep healing, meditative breaths to help us align with the frequency

that we want in our lives.

So pick a word,

be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want. And we're going to take a deep

breath in. And as you're breathing in, you're going to say this word over and over and over.

You're going to really charge yourself up with that energy. And then as you're holding your breath,

visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. And once you you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something

in that frequency. And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave

you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. and out.

We're going to take another deep breath. This one's about alignment, about getting ourselves in receiving modes so that we can receive the message that we need to hear to get us in that positive perspectives.

So just imagine that you are surrounded by the most healing, uplifting energy that's meant specifically for you.

It could have a certain color, a certain taste, a certain smell, however you imagine.

And when you breathe it in, it's going to charge you up.
