but the truth is there's benefits and pros and cons to both candidates.

There I am. And I went back and looked at this. You know, obviously, I lived through this.

We all lived through. So if you guys were investing when Trump was in office, you could actually

go right back to the stuff that he did. Like one of the most meaningful things, in my opinion,

was the opportunity zones, which he signed. It was 2017, I think,

but they are over in 2026. Like there's a sunset clause for opportunity zones. And that was

supposed to be an investment into low income communities. We had lower rates, you know, but lower regulation.
